Estimated listing prices
Balanced estimate: 22.5M
Exact rounded estimate: 22,500,000
Prioritizes liquidity and a shorter listing horizon.
Balances expected profit with list-slot cost.
Accepts slower turnover and higher no-sale risk.
Suggested relisting approach
Start near the balanced estimate. Hold through the first missed cycle, review competition and capital needs after 48–72 hours, and move toward the fast-sale estimate when the slot becomes more valuable than the extra margin.
Calculation assumptions and limitations
- The documented normal starting range for rating 81–90 is 2.10–2.40 times player value.
- No age adjustment is applied for players aged 25–29.
- No demand adjustment is applied because demand is unknown or normal.
- Fast-sale pricing starts 10% below the adjusted bottom of the normal range; balanced uses the adjusted midpoint; maximum-profit uses the adjusted top.
- Position (midfielder) is recorded for context but does not change the price because the site has no validated position premium.
- Always compare the result with the live in-game maximum and current competing listings. The calculator has no live OSM market feed and cannot guarantee a sale.
Visible calculation logic
How the estimate is produced
The calculator starts with a disclosed rating-based multiplier band, then applies small age and user-reported demand adjustments. Fast-sale pricing starts below the band, balanced pricing uses the midpoint and maximum-profit pricing begins near the upper boundary. Every multiplier is capped at 2.5 times player value.
Position is recorded but receives no automatic premium because the site has no reliable live market feed. Sale speed still depends on league activity, season stage, event timing, player demand and randomness.
Use the result as a listing hypothesis and reprice when the opportunity cost of waiting becomes larger than the extra margin. Read the full OSM transfer market guide.
